The abstract presenter must register for the conference. If you have not registered yet, please register as soon as possible. (Non-registered delegate will be ineligible for abstract / e-poster presentation.)

Presenting authors must submit their abstract to

Authors may present the abstract (as a word document) no later than 10th March. (e-posters already submitted will be accepted)

Last date for submission is 10th March 2026 | 1700hrs

Out of the abstracts received, 20 will be shortlisted as winners. This announcement will be made on Monday, 16th March, 11.00 am.

Top 20 selected abstracts will get a chance for oral presentations which is scheduled for Sunday, 5th April, in the morning session at the conference.

Please choose the most appropriate category for your abstract from the following options.

Adolescent Young Adult (AYA)/Teenage Young Adult (TYA) Neuro-Oncology

The top 20 abstracts (6-8 in each category) are selected for best paper awards and receive travel grants of INR 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand) each.

Non-Selected Abstracts

​We will inform the presenters of the non selected abstracts and request them to submit their abstracts as an e-poster in JPEG/PNG format only by Sunday, 22nd March 2026 | 1900hrs

E-Poster should be in the ratio of 4000px width x 2250px height (16:9) in Landscape Orientation. (High Resolution)

E-Poster should be organized into the following paragraphs: Title; authors, objective, materials, and methods, results, conclusion.

The heading should include the abstract title, author names, and institution (Use large, legible letters)

Your submitted e-Poster will be available in the E-poster platform for the participants during the conference.

Hyperlinks, animated images, and animations are not permitted for E-Posters.

The panel of judges will evaluate & mark all the E-posters, The best Two e-posters will be selected for the Prize
