Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the conference.

Registration fee is non transferable to any other attendee or meeting in any circumstances.

Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment.

Conference registration is mandatory.

Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.

Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions & trade exhibition, conference lunches & Gala Night & the conference kit.

Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration.

Conference kits for delegates registered onspot will be subject to availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.

Kindly attach the scan copy of Online Payment / Bank advice if paying through bank transfer.

Accompanying person / spouse & children will not be allowed in the scientific sessions.

PG Students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department / Unit.
